This program offers numerous recommendations on how to apply various meditation techniques as contemplative therapy for stress management, sleep management, and holistic healing. How Training works:

The online meditation classes will be conducted over the Zoom platform. Three live classes will be held for 12 weeks, i.e. total 36 classes. Recordings will be available in case students can’t attend a  class. Students would also be encouraged to do self-practice and self-study with the help of eBooks, notes, materials etc in between classes. Students will also receive an online support.
